Triple Threat Tall Fescue
This grass will provide a beautiful, year-round darker green lawn. It thrives in the shade and does better on heavier and moist soil. It has a medium to wide blade texture. Fescue also has a moderate growth habit. This grass can be seen in parks, erosion control sites as well as commercial and residential lawns.
This grass is light green in color. It is a slower-growing, creeping grass that requires less maintenance than some other grasses with minimal fertilization requirements. It has a medium blade texture, performs well on sandy soils, and is drought tolerant. Centipede can mainly be found on residential lawns.
This grass is medium-dark green in color. It makes a dense turf and is slower growing, therefore mowing is less frequent. It does well with moderate traffic and is drought tolerant. Zoysia has the potential to make a plush lawn with a medium blade texture and is an aggressive spreader. Compadre is a popular grass for the coastal areas due to its increased tolerance for salt spray. It can be seen on golf courses and commercial and residential lawns.
